Internet service providers (ISPs) and operators have the ability to remove a subscriber's ability to run a broadband connection speed testing on the Minim App. This action is applicable for all subscribers, on all router platforms.
First, navigate to the Settings tab of the Care Portal.

On the Settings page, there is a toggle to the right of 'Broadband connection speed test in mobile app.' Click on toggle to change it from the Enabled position to the Disabled position.


The change will take effect on the subscriber side immediately.
