We have a lightweight software agent, Unum, that runs in the background on Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) hardware, i.e., the wireless router at the subscriber's home. The agent integrates with the router software to continuously monitor the router's state, Internet connection, and behavior of LAN devices. All of the information collected from the Unum agent is transmitted securely to Minim servers where it is accumulated, analyzed, and processed to help identify, diagnose and resolve any issues in real-time. This information is made accessible to both operators and their subscribers via Minim's Care Portal and mobile app.
