One of the tabs included in customer accounts is the Traffic tab.

Clicking the tab will display a pie-chart. All activity on the network is categorized by service type. You have the ability to change the pie-chart to display the service usage from the past hour, day, or week.

Types of services

Other - Any activities that do not fall under the other categories.
Chatting - Using services such as Slack to communicate online.
Video streaming - Using streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Spotify, or Pandora.
Network infrastructure - Activities associated with router-to-router traffic and NAS. (This service may not be seen on LANs)
Social networking - Activities that involve using various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Productivity - Accessing services such as Google Drive or Office365.
Email - Using an email platform such as Gmail or Outlook.
Gaming - Any activities that can be associated with playing games online, such as Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, Steam, or Nintendo Online.
Browsing - Basic access to the internet, such as viewing websites through a web browser.
Software updating - Activities that involve installing software updates on a device, such as Windows updates.
Anti-virus - Activities associated with a 3rd party anti-virus connecting to the internet.
